Larry,
    With out checking, that sounds like the first week of Jazz Festival.
There is usually a harp blow down at  Mama's Blues
hosted by Johnny Sansone. I believe it is between the 2 weekends of
the'fest.

 Smokey Greenwell ,Greg Izor  Sun pie all turn out. I was there last year.
The year before
Kim Wilson showed up.  Larry, they have good crawfish etoffee also. :-)
Place is nothing special actually just down home cookin' for the locals.

 Man, that makes me homesick. I can't swing a visit home this year.
